Ensuring the authenticity of the packaging is an important component in the fight against product counterfeiting, but the package contents is what’s really important. For direct product authentication that has been tested both in the field and in court, we offer SunScreen® Forensic Authentication. SunScreen® is taggant-free  - nothing is added to the product in the supply chain.  This means there are no regulatory or consumer considerations in industries such as pharmaceuticals, spirits or other ingested consumer products.  SunScreen® is non-invasive and allows proprietary formulations to stay confidential.  Authenticity screening can be accomplished portably in the field, in our customer’s offices using a tabletop setup, or in a laboratory.
