For Sun Chemical, sustainability is about developing and producing products which minimize our impact – and our customer’s impact – on the environment. Sustainable products are those that have one or a combination of environmental benefits: conserves energy and material resources in our customer printing process; decreases carbon footprint from our product or our customers’printing process; uses renewable or bio-based materials, if their use is more sustainable; does not negatively influence the end use product recyclability or compostability; is manufactured with low or no VOC content; reduces packaging or lightweightspackaging; or reduces substrate waste.
